Morenike Dosu is the Director - Diversity, Equity, & Inclusion (DEI) Business Partner at DreamWorks Animation where she leads the studio's long-term DEI framework focused on measurable and scalable strategies. She's been credited on a multitude of Animated and VFX blockbusters such as The Bad Guys, Trolls World Tour, The Jungle Book, Maleficent, World War Z, Prometheus, and Legend of the Guardians: The Owls of Ga'Hoole.  After graduating from UC Santa Barbara, Morenike moved to Australia where she completed her Masters of Design Science at the University of Sydney. Her travels continued to London, where she lived and worked for 4 years before returning to Los Angeles. Morenike has worked globally at elite creative studios such as Animal Logic, The Moving Picture Company, Framestore, and DreamWorks Animation. She currently lives in Los Angeles with her husband and two young daughters.
