Myra Whittington

Myra Whittington serves as the professional administrative support arm to the Global Institute for Black Girls in Film & Media. She holds an AA in Humanities from Pasadena City College and a BA in Africana Studies from California State University Los Angeles, CA. Her extensive work in supporting community youth and college students has been recognized in Pasadena and throughout the region. Myra also has a background as an actress, most recently appearing in the Adell Wallace film Between the Sheets.
